Okay Service Terms
Our ambition with Okay is to make your authentication and verification secure and frictionless. These are the Service Terms for the Okay service from Okay AS. By using our service you (and your organization) accept them, and we both know our rights and obligations. Our agreement consist of the Order Form and these appendices:

Our API and software as a service (SaaS) based authentication and verification, as described in appendix 1 and on our website (https://okaythis.com). It will regularly be updated and changed to remain the high quality tool you want it to be.
Support and Maintenance.
In order for you to have the best possible experience and use of Okay, we offer industry leading technical support and maintenance, as described in appendix 2
General Terms.
These are the standard terms that regulate your use of Okay. See appendix 4
Data Processing Agreement.
The DPA sets out terms upon which Okay AS will process Personal Data on your behalf – in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See data protection agreement.
