Okay is looking for a Technical Consultant to help us create and sustain successful client project deliveries. As our Technical Consultant, you will be a key profile in securing a strong customer satisfaction - each time. To succeed, you need to understand our client’s business requirements and translate how Okay’s solutions can bring value and support them in reaching their goals. 

You will need some technical knowledge/developer skills in order to succeed in this role, combined with a keen eye for business optimization and client relationship management.

• Support Sales from a technical perspective, during pre-sales and post-sales. This includes presentations, workshops, paid PoCs, as well as support and training 
• Project manage and execute the service implementation, including application, configuration and development
• Develop integration services
• Provide technical support to our clients during the implementation phase, and thereafter as needed, to secure a successful deployment. On-site and remote
• Coordinate and execute workshops and training sessions with our clients; with a technical and functional focus

• A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to execute on priorities and effectively control milestones
• A passion for security
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• A love for development, preferably a good understanding of back-end and front-end development, and experience in either or both
• The ability to build strong, lasting relationships with partners and clients
• Strong communication skills, in professional English

• A relevant educational background; within computer science, software engineering, or related field
• A few years of work experience from a client facing role / consulting role, ideally within the payment or security industry
• Ability to travel for customer projects
