We are looking for a structured Business Developer that excels at communicating technological solutions to customers and is passionate about building strong partner- and customer relationships.

As a Business Developer at Okay, you will help drive business initiatives with a long-term strategic importance. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers through co-selling with our partners and building a strong network for further development and growth opportunities.

• Identify and capitalise on market opportunities
• Prepare presentations for external clients and partners, run demos when necessary
• Provide input to business plans and market analyzes
• Close cooperation with key partners in co-selling situations
• Lead generation and conversion of potential customers to actual customers
• Optimize and streamline sales channels, with a special focus on digital opportunities
• Further develop and maintain a structured system to guide and manage customers and partners effectively

• Documented results from roles within business development
• Experience from partner-based sales roles can be a strength
• Very strong relational skills; a business and customer-oriented mindset
• Good technical understanding, in particular within the security and payments spaces
• Payment industry knowledge, ideally with issuers 
• The ability to communicate clearly and translate complex technical concepts to the right level of the respondent
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

We need our Business Developer to be on the ground in and from the UK, as the role is international. You can work from the comfort of your own home and team up with our international team digitally as needed. You will be working with passionate people from our extended ecosystem of experts and insiders;  the New Normal Group, which Okay is a part of.
